“I feel incredibly proud to be a part of this 15-year celebration, and I’m here this evening because each one of you is creating content that is authentic and has the credibility to impact lives. I’m happy to spend my quality time with all of you.
As far as my journey is concerned, there have been two guiding principles. The first is that ambition and dreams are age-agnostic. We are never going to be this young again, so we might as well have the courage to keep following our dreams and the gumption to follow through. I stand here as Mrs India at 44 years old, having been crowned just last month, and I will be representing our country at Mrs Universe in South Africa and Botswana this year.
The second principle is that success is rarely linear. We may have to change paths, careers, and rooms, but as long as we stay consistent and keep showing up for ourselves, success and merit eventually follow.”
