Through this Seminar the Fitness trainers learned the modern fitness and wellness techniques, got more familiar with the GNC products and provided an open platform forum to exchange their view and clear their doubts on fitness and wellness.

The seminar focused on the Importance of Right Training Skills, Right Knowledge, and Right Diet Plans as per Goals. The Stint of the event was the right techniques, education on modern exercise and nutrition, guiding with authentic products to support the daily fitness regime this is the need of an hour in this growing fitness sector.
