Mumbai, Maharashtra [India] : Shreejita Banerjee, a well-known figure who bagged the title of Mrs. India Universe in 2019 is an inspiration to other women. She has also won the title of Mrs. Raigad, Maharashtra, 2018. She has a keen interest in dancing and is also popularly known as the Kathak Visard. She has been presented with numerous titles and awards throughout her life. Being versatile, she is also an all-rounder and was formerly a teacher. She used to teach in Radcliffe School and had served the organization for five long years.
It was in 2018 that she had also won the title of Navi Mumbai Dance Queen. Her passion for dancing made her receive several awards. She has been learning various dance forms from a very young age. Shrejita has also done several shoots for many brands and has also done catalog shoots as well. Her Catalogue and Brand shoots include shoots for Senco Gold, Jockey, etc. She has done such shoots in cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Indore, Jaipur etc. As a teacher, she used to inspire people to achieve their goals and become successful in their fields. She sets one of the best examples by having a great versatility in her career choice and being the best in whatever she does. She is also an International Brand Ambassador of the SEWA foundation, a very popular NGO in Navi Mumbai.
In the year 2018, she was awarded the title of Stree Shakti Puraskar, and in 2019, she was presented with the title of NavaDurga Puraskar. For three consecutive years, she is being granted some or the other titles, and 2020 was no less. This year she was presented with Hirkani Purashkar. Her tremendous work in society makes her a popular figure, and people are eager to know about her.
She is socially humble as well and is a social worker in a foundation named Humanity First Foundation. She works in the HEAL center as a teacher. HEAL stands for HFF Education and Learning. She is doing a great job there by teaching the economically backward section of the society. Children are the country’s future, and she makes sure that they are not deprived of the basic and crucial necessity of life.
She is currently appointed as the Sr. Incharge of Raigad on the Humanity First Foundation. She also plays a major role in the film industry and is also appointed as National Senior General Secretary in DadaSaheb Phalke Icon Award Films.
